You deserve to be seen, valued, and understood. I provide psychotherapy that integrates evidence-based CBT with a deep commitment to social justice, trauma recovery, and affirming care. I work with youth and adults 12 and older, as well as their family members when appropriate.

Following WPATH standards, I conduct assessments for gender affirming medical and surgical interventions.

I am also available for professional consultation and training.


I do not accept insurance directly, but as an out of network provider I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. They will reimburse you according to your benefit plan.

My session fee is $175. Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted.  Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Catherine earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship and a two-year APA accredited post-doctoral fellowship in adolescent mental health, specializing in working with adolescents, young adults, and their families from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds. In addition, she developed gender affirming care expertise, training and working with a world renowned gender clinic for more than 15 years.
